Feed every 2–3 hours
About 8–12 feeds per day

6:00 AM – Milk
8:30 AM – Milk
11:00 AM – Milk
1:30 PM – Milk
4:00 PM – Milk
6:30 PM – Milk
9:00 PM – Milk
Night feeds as needed

6–8 milk feeds daily

✅ Tips
Always introduce one new food at a time
Wait 3 days before trying another food
Avoid salt, sugar, honey before 1 year
Continue breast milk or formula as main nutrition
