Dry Fruit Ladoo (Energy + Milk Booster)
🌿 Ingredients:
1 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, cashews)
5–6 Dates
1 tablespoon Ghee
1 teaspoon Fenugreek Seeds (lightly roasted & powdered)
👩🍳 How to Prepare:
Dry roast all nuts lightly
Blend nuts and dates into a coarse mixture
Heat ghee in a pan
Add the mixture + fenugreek powder
Mix well and shape into small ladoos
⏰ How to Eat:
1 ladoo in the morning
1 ladoo in the evening
